Congratulations on your acceptance to Colby-Sawyer College! We invite you and your guests to visit campus and learn all about benefits of being a Wesson Honors Student. This event is a wonderful opportunity to:
- Meet Current Honors Students: Engage with peers who are thriving in the program and gain insights into their experiences.
- Connect with Faculty: Interact with professors who lead our honors courses and learn about the unique academic opportunities available.
- Learn About the Honors Experience: Discover the enhanced academic, cultural, and social opportunities that the Wesson Honors Program offers.
Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be provided during the reception. Guests are welcome and encouraged to attend.

- What is the Wesson Honors Program?
The Wesson Honors Program offers intensive academic, cultural, and social opportunities for the most motivated and capable Colby-Sawyer students who combine a solid work ethic and natural ability with intellectual curiosity.
Honors classes are taught in small seminar settings and explore topics from multiple perspectives. Program members are committed to taking on leadership roles in a community of scholars and participate as catalysts for inquiry and discussion across the college.
- Will I meet faculty teaching in the Wesson Honors Program?
Yes! The faculty coordinator and other faculty teaching in the program will be present at this event.
- Will I meet any current Wesson Honors students?
Yes! Students currently participating in the event will be present to talk about their experiences in the program so far.
